A New Approach to Assessment Preparation

If you’ve attended Eastern Academy in the past, you’ll notice one important change: our long-running Level I and II Colleges have been replaced with more focused Prep offerings. These sessions are better aligned with our new modular assessment formats, allowing participants to choose the area where they want the most targeted coaching—Skiing & Technical Knowledge/Movement Analysis or Teaching & People Skills. Each participant will receive individualized written feedback to help guide continued development beyond the event. We believe the strongest certification outcomes come from meaningful practice over time, and this new format is designed to provide clearer, more actionable feedback as you prepare for assessment.

To Register for the Alpine Eastern Academy:

1. Click on DETAILS & REGISTRATION.
2. On that page, look for “Online Registration: Click here to register.“
3. You may need to sign in, if not already signed in. Tip: Be prepared for registration day – have your account signed in beforehand at members.thesnowpros.org as well as have your account information handy, should you need to sign in again for any reason.
4. Once signed in, and registration is opened, when you click on “Online Registration: Click here to register.” – you will be prompted to choose a package (Please select a package for your event registration) –
   
   1. Registration – I am a Registered Member
   2. Registration – I am a Level I Certified Member
   3. Registration – I am a Level II Certified Member
5. Once you choose your Level of Certification, you will be prompted to select the event session that best suits your personal goals, from:

• GENERAL – Skiing Skills Development (for Registered & Level I Members)
• GENERAL – Skiing Skills Development (for Level II Members)
• GENERAL – Skiing Skills Development – Seniors’ Peer Group (for all Members)
• GENERAL – Skiing Skills Development – Women’s Peer Group (for all Members)
• GENERAL – Teaching Skills Development (for Level I & II Members)
