Snowsports School In-House Clinic or Assessment

In order to best meet the needs of Eastern members, we created a calendar of events that factors in the differences in snow availability, terrain and instructor needs. This includes a number of Level I assessments for Alpine and Snowboard members on weekends, spread throughout the region, at resorts within easy driving distance. We will rotate a similar number of weekend Level I assessments year over year within your local area. We recommend early registration for best availability. Moving forward, we will accept in-house requests for mid-week events, subject to staff availability.

If you would like to request a mid-week in-house event, snowsports school leadership (i.e. Snowsports Director/Manager or Training Manager) should contact the Eastern Office. Kindly take note of the following guidelines:

• Resort leadership should indicate preferred event type (Level II & III assessments excluded) and offer a range of dates.
• The Eastern Office will confirm staff availability.
• The Eastern Office will create a private link to the event and forward to the snowsports leader.
• Snowsports School leader forwards this link to their staff.
• In-House event fees are consistent with regularly scheduled event; no additional fees will be applied.
