Eastern Region Webinar Cancellation/Recording Policy

If you can’t attend a webinar you’ve registered for, simply cancel your registration before the scheduled start time and you’ll receive a full refund.
  • More than three weeks before the webinar: Cancel yourself anytime in your member portal — no fee before the scheduled start time.
  • Within three weeks of the webinar, at any time before the webinar start time: Call or email us to cancel — no fee.
  • After the scheduled start time: No refunds will be issued.
Recordings: PSIA-AASI Eastern Region records all webinars for quality assurance only. Releasing a recording is at our discretion. This session will not be recorded for release — please plan to attend live. If you register and can’t make it, just let us know before the scheduled start time and we’ll issue a full refund.
