Here are some step-by-step instructions for employees who have questions about their expenses.
1) Log in to iSolved https://www.myisolved.com/UserLogin.aspx
2) Make sure you are using the new format and not the classic view.
The new view looks like this:
If you are in the classic view, go to Employee Self-Service or Employee Welcome and click the pink button that says Try Our New Look!
3) To view your expenses, go to the Expenses tile (bottom middle) and click “My Expenses”
4) Here you’ll be able to see all of your expenses categorized as Pending, Paid, Returned and All
5) Pending expenses will be applied to the following pay period.
6) Returned expenses require your review/revision.
