Mentorship Program Details for 25-26 Season

Are you a snow pro looking to advance to the next level? Have you tried going it alone but found only limited success? Want to get the inside edge on advancing your career? The Eastern Region’s Mentorship Program is back for the 2025-2026 winter season. By successfully registering for this program, you (yes, you!) will have the chance to work 1-on-1 with a member of the Eastern Region’s Education staff who will help you in your snow sports journey.

New to the program this year is a $50 payment that ensures your place and commitment as a mentee. This payment can then be credited to a future on-snow event as part of maintaining CEUs in the current season or the next. This is a unique opportunity to fast track your career as a snow pro.
