Course Description:
Back by popular demand, Dave and Chris will show you how to take the mystery out of Movement Analysis as it relates to the Alpine Skiing Fundamentals. Over the course of the day you will learn simple strategies for describing what you see, assessing a skiing performance and prescribing change along with some ideas for activities that may help make that change. Additionally, you will also explore how to identify if your student is in the cognitive, associative or autonomous stage of learning.
