Looking to enhance your on-hill experience with a comprehensive understanding of your body performance? Help break down barriers to unlock your full sliding ability with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
FMS is a baseline tool for standardized movement screening to highlight how an individual, no matter their age, is moving. It incorporates both mobility and stability to identify efficient and inefficient movement patterns. The FMS is comprised of seven basic movements, each scored 1 through 3. These scores uncover hidden potential that may be hindered by underlying movement limitations and provide the information needed to take actionable steps towards enhanced movement. Following the seven screening movements, participants dive into the appropriate corrective exercises they need to improve efficiency.
Participants should arrive prepared for an active event. Comfortable exercise clothing and footwear are highly recommended.
