All participants in PSIA-AASI clinics at Vail resorts are required to wear helmets while sliding or riding, in accordance to the Vail Resort Helmet Policy. Please see more information here.

If there is enough interest on waitlist and we have staff available, we could open another group. When and if a spot opens up, waitlisted registrations will be automatically added to the event and your card will be charged at that time. You will get a confirmation email when your card is charged and your registration confirmed. Please understand we will do our best to get you into the event if possible, but please don’t make any firm plans unless you get a confirmation that you’re officially registered for the event. Looking for a quick brush-up on your skills in a fun, easy-going setting? Not quite ready or don’t have the time to attend a longer event? This short update event can be your chance to get on-snow with your fellow skiers and ease into some learning.
A group’s specific focus will depend on the participant’s goals and typically include:
- Personal ski improvement through targeted activities and feedback
- Adaptation to the conditions of the day
Participants should arrive prepared to be on snow for one day and able to ride safely on green to groomed black terrain. Depending on trail availability and snow conditions, some groups may elect to venture into ungroomed terrain, including moguls and glades. On the first day of the event, groups will form based on shared interests and pacing
CANCEL/TRANSFER/NO SHOW POLICY FOR EVENTS:
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL or TRANSFER from a 1-DAY EVENT:
> Up to 14 days prior to the event: $20.00 fee < During the two weeks prior to the event: $25.00 fee
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL or TRANSFER from a 2-DAY or 3-DAY EVENT:
> Up to 14 days prior to the event: $20.00 fee < During the two weeks prior to the event: $50.00 fee
**NEW ** IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL or TRANSFER from an EVENT that is 4 or more days:
> Up to 21 days prior to the event: $20.00 fee < During the three weeks prior to the event: 50% of event fee paid
Notice to the office must be made no later than 4:30pm on last business day before the event.
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW AT YOUR EVENT AND DO NOT CONTACT US by 4:30pm on last business day before the event: No refund.
If purchased, Spot Insurance Policy cancellations must be done at least five days before the start date of the event. The policy is fully refundable until that time and is non-refundable after.
Our goal is to ensure all events run as scheduled, however, there are times, with very little notice, that we may have to cancel or move an event due to factors beyond our control. We encourage you to consider this possibility when making travel plans.
