Course Description:
Join National Team members and Eastern Region Freestyle education staff for three days in Okemo’s halfpipe and terrain parks. This is a great course to build up your park skills or get ready for a Freestyle Specialist 1, 2 or 3 at the end of the week. Be it halfpipe, jumps, rails, or flatland tricks, this course will help you develop your technical and teaching skills to take you to that next level. There will be opportunities to gain skills and spend time with like-minded instructors from all over the country at the only National Freestyle event. This is part of a 5-day, week-long series of events, including an optional evening trampoline and social hour. You can participate in this camp as a standalone event or package it with an Freestyle Specialist 1, 2 or 3 at the end of the week.
FS1 Prerequisite(s):
- Minimum Level 1 Certification + must be able to ski or ride at current certification level
- Freestyle Specialist E-Learning Course for Skiing Track
FS2 Prerequisite(s):
- Minimum Level 2 Certification + must be able to ski or ride at current certification level. Or, have successfully completely FS1
- Freestyle Specialist E-Learning Course for Skiing Track
FS3 Prerequisite(s):
- Minimum Level 2 Certification + must be able to ski or ride at current certification level. Or, have successfully completed FS1 or FS2
- FS3 Workbook
Equipment/Materials Needed: Twin tip skis are highly recommended.
