Course Description:
Looking to train your eye for riding performance before hitting the slopes? In this webinar, National Team member Brian Donovan will use videos of real riders to facilitate practice, help sharpen your movement analysis skills, and prepare your brain to look for efficient and inefficient movements in a snowboarder. Explore the cause-and-effect relationship between those movements and the performance of the snowboard in different zones of the mountain and in different riding activities. This session will primarily focus on riding activities seen at the Level 2 and Level 3 National Standards which will correspond with the intermediate through advanced zones of the mountain.
