The trainers we have at our programs are the most important people to keep updated on what is new, what works well at other Programs, what to expect at certification exams and how to improve the lessons we all teach, by helping our instructors to become better skiers and teachers. We will give them the most updated information, methodologies and best practices available, to take back to their Programs.
