Can I take an assessment in another PSIA-AASI region?
Eastern members may take an assessment in another region, but the entire assessment must be passed in ONE region. You must follow the hosting region’s requirements and prerequisites. If there are prerequisites that are courses specific to the region that is hosting the exam, then that prerequisite must be taken in the hosting region. National accreditations like the CS1 or CS2 are recognized across all regions. Level I, II and III certifications are National certifications and are also recognized across all regions. If the member attains a new certification level, the hosting region will issue the appropriate pin and certificate to the member, and award any earned CEUs for the event.
