CEU Waiver Policy
If you are anticipating that you are unable to maintain or pursue your CEU requirements due to injury or medical reasons, or due to personal circumstances (e.g. pregnancy/postpartum, financial hardship or active military obligations) you have three options:
- You can request a personal waiver by emailing us at contact@easternsnowpros.org. Include your name, member number, the reason you are requesting a leave of absence, the amount of time you will be gone, and any supporting information.
-OR-
- If you know you will be inactive for more than one year and you meet the Alumni Member criteria, you can move to the Alumni Member category. Your certification will expire, you will receive discounted membership dues, you will not need to maintain your CEUs, and when you are ready to change your membership to Certified Member, just follow the reinstatement policy.

- You can request a medical leave of absence by filling out and submitting the PSIA-AASI Medical Waiver Request Form. Medical leave may be established for a full season or provide a verified excuse for missing an event.
